Sophia Nayyar
Sophia is an American University alumna originally from Minnesota. Jeff introduced Sophia to the Dollar Scholars project as he taught her an econometrics course and told her about this non-profit organization. Sophia was inspired by this non-profit’s steadfast commitment to helping marginalized communities thrive while providing informational tools for success. She envisions the Dollar Scholars project expanding into different communities in the D.M.V. and collaborating with other organizations. In her free time, Sophia enjoys reading and swimming.
