Kimi Yonamine

Kimi Yonamine, MPH has dedicated her career to social impact, specifically to health equity, in the nonprofit and public sector. During the day, she is advancing patient engagement in clinical research. She has experience in grant management, program implementation and conducting qualitative research related to sexual and reproductive health. She is an alumna of the George Washington University. Kimi loves implementing new programmatic activities and streamlining processes. She got involved with Dollar Scholars as she was searching for ways to work with the Latinx community. Kimi’s interest in financial literacy began with her personal journey as a first-generation immigrant in the U.S. In her free time, she loves to attend local events, travel and check out new places.
